Our mission extends beyond the property line. By prioritizing Human Concerns, we’ve transformed this space into a living resource for the community. From providing fresh, organic produce to those in need to offering a peaceful sanctuary for reflection, our garden is a volunteer-led effort to nourish both the body and the spirit of our neighborhood.

The Evolution of Our Soil
What began as a traditional community garden—divided by borders and individual rental plots—has grown into something much larger. For years, this land served as a place for neighbors to grow their own food in private rows. But as our community’s needs changed, so did our vision.
In 2021, we realized that the true power of this space wasn’t in the lines that divided us, but in the work that united us. We removed the “plots for rent” concept and opened the gates to a collective model. Today, we are a volunteer-driven hub powered by the sun, nourished by captured rainwater, and dedicated to the shared human concerns of our neighbors. We aren’t just a garden anymore; we are a living laboratory for sustainability and a sanctuary for all.
Keep the Garden Growing
From solar power to shared harvests, this garden is a labor of love for our community. We don’t rent plots—we grow opportunities. Help us keep this vital resource free and accessible to every neighbor with a one-time or monthly donation.
